New personal Goal on Hubpages
66
Here Goes nothing
I would like to share with folks a new goal I will be setting for myself on hubpages, and that is.
I want to attempt at making communications with every single hub author on hubpages, and especially those who've been experiencing the lowest levels of feedback.
I feel that we all deserve to get our messages across, so this new goal I'm trying to achieve will be dedicated to helping everyone I meet.
Hubpages efforts, worthwile challenging goal to achieve
As a new author on hubpages, for my first 5 months I experienced a great amount of communications thus far & I'm appreciative of all the kind people who've made this all possible.
With that being said I would like to thank all of those who I have come in contact with one way or another, whether it be in a comment section, in a forum, in the Q&A area, or someone who've followed me, or I have been following as well.
Today we all share a common goal on hubpages, and that's attracting an audience, sharing wisdom, and communicating as a global community worldwide in efforts to make just a drop of difference for a single person somewhere else besides where we reside at.
True sharing comes with the spirit of community, and I no-longer want to just randomly drift around finding people. I'm going to take this hubpages network much more seriously, by putting those new comers I meet as my top priority here, and it will become my ultimate purpose here, I will still communicate efforts with others I've related too in the past as well.
Making Effective Communications on Hubpages
There's load of methods to make effective communications on hubpages, I love how we share, the gradual learning process, and all the awesome inspiring feedback that people leave one another here.
Hubpages deserves a huge web award, for achieving such a remarkable unifying power on the Internet today, for all us writers. I thank all the founders & staff of hubpages, for generating such an awesome writers platform, and also for keeping this magnificent proven system in tact.
There's a profile widget (for website & blog owners), Q&A, forums, commenting after reading hubs, fan followings, fan mail, share buttons, referral links, periodic contests, sending personal messaging to hub owners mail inbox, hubpages news letters, hubpages help center, and even hubpages meet-up groups (hubcamp) on the ground. So there's really no excuse why people aren't using these methods to make things happen on here today for each other. If you're already doing so in all these ways, and maybe even more, like by joining the Hubpages Elite teams whom put the human presence of monitoring & leading by example good on you.
I must say when you add it all up, it become obvious that our communicative efforts today are truly awesome indeed, you know, who would have thought that the web would have become so powerful of an instrument for communications. It's simply fabulous what we can do as a single united team.
Being mindful of ones actions
So by being mindful of how we communicate efforts on hubpages is important, using good discretion is surely going to carry us all very far. I will be using full discretion all throughout this personal challenge and it won't be easy, but I will try my hardest to achieve it.
I may never achieve such a thing, but at least I can say that I gave it my all, and that's the least I can do as a dedicated hubber who's looking to achieve such a uniquely genuine goal. My efforts are aimed to form better relations, and communications amongst all the members I can interact with.
This May be an unreacheable Goal but worth the try
This new challenge will begin effectively tomorrow, on Feb 7th 2012, since I'm all burnt out today, but it will be sincere, and I will generate a hub dedicated to the concurrent results of this personal goal I'm creating for myself on hubpages .
I wanna be the first ever to say, I've honestly communicated with every single person of the hubpages community, and not just by leaving a silly brief comment like "Thanks for sharing".
Sharing is key here on hubpages, but it doesn't mean a thing if a person simply writes that. To me, all it means is that they didn't give my hub much thought at all, and maybe didn't even read it at all.
Current personal Challenge Daily Stats: 3-11-2012
As of today I've shared a total of 717 of those I'm following on a cool new sharing network known as Pearltrees, and for all those wondering what this challenge is you can visit via the link provided, it shows all the sharing stats and the actions I've partaken in recently.
Sharing is powerful today, and this is my form of making Hubpages known to the Globe of viewers, each of my efforts are simultaneously being shared across Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and Viadeo professional networks as well (I also use the IFTTT network for formulated sharing of content & web connections). Social communications is amazing, and I will reach the 200,000+ mark in due time, until then stay tuned.

Thanks Hubpages for making us all shine today
Hubpages allows for us all as authors, to be read across the digital pages of this Internet Super Highway, provides a supplemental passive income & we pay zero dollars to them. We all need to give them much more credit as well for being so kind to make all this technical magic possible, and the least we can do is communicate effectively with each other.
Looking to Join a great writers network, give Hubpages a try it is a positively awesome experience & I highly recommend the use of this awesome network to all those looking to reach the rest of the globe, with their writing talents, expertise and effective communications skills.

Dear CloudExplorer: I see similarities between us, where you are now and where I was almost two years ago. I went through a rough patch where more established members tried to discourage me from helping others in the forum. My advice to you is to be very careful about making sure that what you say is factually correct, to take your time to really come to understand the site. With over 200,000 published Hubbers, you will soon find that some are worthwhile helping and others are not. Good luck! W.E.
As someone still relatively new, I know that I truly appreciated when other hubbers reached out, read my hubs, gave encouragement and feedback. And I've always been of the opinion that it's good to give back to the community or to others the gifts that have been received.
Obviously not all may be of this opinion and there may be many that wish not to communicate. All one can do is try and I agree with W.E. - some will be worthwhile helping!
Thanks for sharing your goals!
nice one

this article really promoted the hubpages with loyality. Thanks so much for sharing.
Wow, this is a huge goal! I wish you all the best on this one. Can you imagine being able to brag that you virtually connected with all the writers on HubPages? This will be interesting to follow so please keep us updated on your success. I had never heard of Pearltrees but it looks pretty cool and I will check it out. This is an ambitious article and I like your format and layout. I wish you the best of luck on your new journey! Voted up and SHARING! (lol)
JSMatthew~
You can do it! We are pulling for ya!
I admire your strength and focus! I do hope you can achieve this. The only obstacle I see in your way is the fact that hundreds of people sign up every day. Other than that, your success is determined by your own will and motivation! Take it one article and Hubber at a time and who knows where you will end up!
JSMatthew~
We all make typos CE...I couldn't publish if spell checker was never invented! Looking forward to future correspondence. Keep up the great work!

I agree that hubpages deserves a huge hub web award. I feel like I have a home to express myself freely. The sharing and community spirit are a big draw for me too, Coudexplorer. Thank you for another well-written, organized and useful hub!
Hi My friend,
I too, really admire your zest. Your energy is amazing. Big Goals are great in my book, whether they seem attainable to others or not. How else would we stretch our capabilities? We must shoot for the sun. Besides, in reality we don't need to see the top of the staircase in order to take the next step. (paraphrasing Martin Luther King Jr.)You're just taking the first step. Bravo!
I won't have to wait to hear about your success, I've already seen it!
I like your style!!!
Keep it up and as Zig Ziglar says, "I'll meet you at the Top!"
(if that's in fact where you really want to go! LOL)
Best Regards,
Bruce
What a great goal you are setting yourself. I feel very inspired by your comments to be much more active on here too. I think HP is a fantastic opportunity to write and publish articles and earn some extra money without having to pay a penny. Great hub promoting HP in such a positive and inspirational way.
This is a noble challenge indeed. But why not? 200,000 is just a number. Wouldn't it be great to be the first to achieve such a great goal. Guinness book of records may come calling.
Your hubs are always interesting and informative and your honesty and integrity get my vote up every time.
I may even come along for the ride 200,000? Hmm! that's only 100,000 each? definitely doable I would say.
SHARING this hub SOCIALLY
PS have you hit 10,000 views yet?
Hi cloudexplorer - this is fantastic! I'm rooting for you all the way and hope you achieve your goal. I will certainly take a look at Pearltrees; it sounds very interesting. Voted up.
I came here to read of your goals and discovered Pearltrees, which I will check out. I have not heard of it before. I sincerely wish all your good effort on behalf of others comes back to you manyfold. Now I will go check some more of your Hubs!
I have always felt that one should shoot for the stars...but you, my friend, are shooting for Pluto! I applaud you for it and hope at the very least you land on Saturn. I have found Hubpages to be an amazing place. I find a lot of people sharing their thoughts in constructive and insightful ways, such as you did on JS Matthew's hub. Since it was a great comment, I came to read your work. This and a few others caught my eye. I have been sharing on FB and Google and will contine to do so. Peace be with you on this quest. Thank you for sharing quality content that makes one think.
i've been hearing about pearltree, Cloudexplorer, and been meaning to check it out. Thanks for reminding me!

Gosh, all of my goals here involve paying my bills. I don't work otherwise any more, and so making dollars online is what forces me to do whatever it is one would call what I do.
I plan to do a lot more of it, and not just here on this site either.
Hope you get where you're trying to go.
