Things you should know in addition to using Keywords
Web of trust - By establishing oneself amongst a community such as hubpages of powerful web writers. For starters the single most important factor here in the equation is effective communications here, because before you even think of getting ranked on a search engine, a hub needs to gain start up traffic results.
Exposure- You need to gain some exposure to your content, this can be done in various ways after people notice you on hubpages.
This initial traffic is sort of like a kick start to it all, and alerts the search engines, that your now to be ranked amongst all the other web content out there already. The overall time factor a hub has been published counts, the number of followers you have, and many more forms of communications made on hubpages will make the difference.
Networking - Joining social networks like Google plus, facebook, stumbleupon, Digg, and many more. Getting well established in their communities as well is essential, & is what needs to be done to get things up and running, even with hubs.
Sharing Features- You have many options to share amongst them all & from hubpages itself. I provided many useful resources below, at the very end of the hub, like the hubpages profile widget, to discover how to do so, & many more ways to help in getting the word out about your hubs as well as traffic increases.
Timing is key
Longevity - The longer a person is here on hubpages sharing and communicating efforts, the more the web will respond, as well too us writers, who actually make all the magic happen around here in terms of marketing for hubpages.
Hub Statistics & Page Ranking- The mathematical algorithm that goes into cranking the numbers out for ranking, hub statistics and the likes is all arbitrary pretty much, but one things for sure is, it doesn't all happen over night, it takes hard working effort on our parts as hub writers and community members.
Keywords - Using meta-tags, tags, or keywords is something that, alone will only serve to the search engine an indication of your web location being present and detectable, but without traffic to such a web location your overall web rep and ranking will have your hub, skating at the very bottom of search results.
Search engine optimization - Good SEO is also accompanied by, a web of trust that your going to be forced to create on your own. This is the very reason why so many hubbers on hubpages are so dedicated and have learned the ways to the web, and its governing laws of search engine optimization.
Seasonal changes & Timing - The seasonal timing of using certain topics, can also hinder a hub from flourishing. So be wise about how you title your hubs, when you release them for publishing, because whats interesting to you may not be that of what many people are currently in search for.
Example: Publishing hubs about the holidays
Tip: be wise & create the hub at least a month or two prior to the holiday.
Videos & Imaging - make sure to use relevant videos & images for your hubs
Below is an example of what not to do, but its a very cool video though

Oh God, this is so useful especially to me. I am an SEO newbie and I really learn a lot from this :) I agree, more than just keywords, you have to establish yourself and your blog before it gets good ranking in Google. :)
I am new at this so I really thought that information was helpful and worth respect cause keywords that bring some one to your hub is not enough people have to be interested in the hub you wrote.
Thanks for the advice
